Hi, I’m Douglas Andrade, the founder of Tough Guys Junk Removal. I started this company with one mission: to offer honest, hardworking service people can count on. We show up on time, work hard, and treat your property with respect. Whether you’re clearing out a single item or an entire home, we’re here to make it easy.
I take care of everything behind the scenes to keep the business running strong. I plan the schedules, organize paperwork, track our spending, and help manage the team.
I don’t work directly with customers, but I make sure the crew has what they need to do their jobs. From planning routes to keeping things organized in the office, I’m the one making sure everything goes smoothly every day.

Hi, I’m Andrew, the Project Manager at Tough Guys Junk Removal.
I lead the crew on job sites and make sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. I help plan each job, keep the team on track, and solve any problems that come up while we’re working.
You’ll usually find me out in the field, making sure we’re working hard, staying safe, and getting the job done right. I like being hands-on and making sure everything goes as planned.
When I’m not on the job, I enjoy playing soccer and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — they help me stay focused, strong, and ready to lead every day.
